TOUR ITINERARY

We will meet outside the Acropolis Metro Station and enter the site from the side entrance, known as the South entrance or Dionysus Theater entrance which is not as crowded and busy as the main one.
Using this entrance, you get to see more landmarks that include the oldest and most iconic theater in Europe, the Dionysus Theater, the Asclepius Sanctuary, the Thrasylus sponsor’s monument, the Eumenes Stoa, and much more.

In this Photo Tour, we will discuss Architectural Photography, Composition, Lighting, Perspective and Guiding Lines and many more.
Additionally, we will throw in some Candid Photography, taking advantage of the tourism scene and the crowds consisting of very interesting characters that provide photo opportunities and interesting juxtapositions.

Technical Skills You Will Gain

Composition & Framing: How to isolate subjects and use foreground elements to create depth.
Mastering Light: Managing the high-contrast Mediterranean sun and using shadows to define architectural textures.
Perspective Correction: Tips on how to avoid “leaning” buildings and capturing the true scale of the temples.
Storytelling: Moving beyond the “wide shot” to find the hidden details that tell the story of the Sacred Rock.
